At Hina Jewellery Collection, we strive to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. 💖

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Within City: 24 to 48 hours

Within Province / Major Cities: 24 to 72 hours

Remote & Far Areas: 72 hours or more, depending on location and courier coverage.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Flat Rate: PKR 260 per order

Free Shipping: Free Delivery on all products till 31 January (limited offer)

(Exact charges may vary based on destination and parcel weight.)

COD is available nationwide.

Please ensure your mobile number is active for delivery confirmation.

In case of non-receipt of parcel, please contact us within 48 hours.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.

Our courier will make one to three delivery attempts.

If it fail, the order will be returned to us, and you may be required to pay for re-delivery.

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
