Refund policy

At Hina Jewellery Collection, every jewellery piece is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • An unboxing video helps us process your request quickly
  • Exchange is applicable to damaged or defective items only

For hygiene and quality reasons, change-of-mind returns, customized items, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchange Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement or store credit, as preferred.
